About Our Community
Falling Creek Village Condo Association was established in 1974, with the first units being placed in 1976. With over 100 units we are a small community located within city limits but with a country setting, each unit owner owns their property. Our community is comprised of various ages; from young, families, and retirees. Markham Creek runs through Falling Creek Village, and we have plenty of trees that surround us. Located off the Highway 11 bypass and only minutes away from I-90 makes commuting easy.
